This listing is for my unframed original art piece "Crinoids". The size is 9"x12". This piece is on Strathmore Mixed Media paper. The underlayer is done is water soluble tinted graphite and the outlines are in navy blue ink. I then added deeper shadows and just a hint of color with colored pencils, since I can never seem to resist colored pencils (they were not originally planned for this piece) The design is inspired by beautiful fossils of crinoids or "sea lilies". Colors used were shades of gray, muted blue and brown, and bits of moss green.
Will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer with cardboard around it to keep from bending.
