Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
We ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders will arrive within one week, though there are occaisional postal delays over which we have no control. We are very rural and only have a small USPS annex for shipping, so packages typically take one extra day, and so we are unable to offer expedited shipping. All orders come with a tracking number, so that you can monitor your package’s progress. We are located in Western Oregon, and so orders on the West Coast will generally arrive somewhat more quickly.
Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges- We are happy to offer exchanges in the event that you have ordered the wrong size or if there is a manufacturing issue. If you need to exchange your order, please contact us within one week of your package’s arrival. All exchanges must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Any items that do not meet these conditions are not elligible for a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, though we will cover all shipping for the replacement.
