This listing is for my unframed original drawing "Run Free, Old Friend". The size of the image is 12"x9" and it has a small border for easier framing. This drawing was done with colored pencils on wine colored Clairefontaine pastlemat paper, giving it a pastel look. This drawing was inspired by all the deer near my home and was meant to just be a whimsical piece, but while I was working on it my sweet old deer friend Ugga passed away. Ugga was by far the oldest deer in the herd, she had many babies (usually born in our yard) and was well known to everyone in the neighborhood because she was so friendly. We will miss our old girl, but she had a very long and happy life.
Will be shipped flat in a rigid mailer with cardboard around it to keep from bending.
