This cute layered skirt has a corset-belt style waist and several layers. The waistband is made of sturdy black cotton twill, it has decorative lacing in the front and opens in back where it laces up with metal grommets and a cotton ribbon with a panel behind the lacing for a little adjustability. The top skirt layet is make up pointed panels in gray and black striped raw silk lined wihe black linen. The mid layer is black linen, and the under layer is a built in white cotton petticoat with black lace ruffles attached to the hem.
This skirt fits waist 24"-25", it is meant to sit fairly high on the waist. The length is 17" in total, but the lower 5" is lace so it is slightly sheer. Machine wash cold, air dry. Can be tumble dried low for a few minutes once dry or ironed to remove any wrinkles.
