Baxx is the chef of his goblin community, he is well known for making the best stews. Here he is getting ready to make a traditional forest goblin favorite - snail stew with squirrel bone broth!
This goblin is made of various types of wool with a wire skeleton and has glass eyes and resin teeth. His ears are merino wool felt. His shirt and pants are made of linen and he wears a wool felt vest and hat. The feathers in his hat are from my chickens. His hair and beard are wool, and his vest buttons in front with little shell buttons. Clothing is sewn on, not removeable.
This guy comes with a bunch of accessories! He has a wooden tripod with a wire hook to hold his soup pot (a vintage metal tiny cauldron from the 1960's), a bunch of stones for around his campfire, and even some "fire wood". In his soup pot there are two snail shells, a couple squirrel bones, a dried lichen, and a couple myrtle nuts. He also holds a tiny axe made by my partner from a stick and some sheet metal. All the accessories were found collected here in my yard and the woods, no snails, chickens, or squirrels were harmed. The doll sits about 6" high (would be about an 11" doll if he were standing) Baxx is a one of a kind and there won't be another quite like him!
